Time Warner says no to gun advertising

"We are all puppets, Laurie.   I'm just the puppet who can see the strings."

Corruption
You are but a Puppet on the strings of Big Government corruption

  • Time Warner joins Democrats on an anti-gun crusade.
  • Time Warner bribes both parties with campaign money, but loves Comrade Obama.
  • Your politicians are bought and paid for by hundreds of millions in business and union money.

The pro-Democrat Time Warner cable company is using their 1st Amendment right of free speech to attack the 2nd Amendment.  Warner has issued a company-wide ban on certain gun ads weeks after a shooting at a Connecticut elementary school.

"We no longer accept ads showing semiautomatic weapons and guns pointed at people," Time Warner Cable said in a statement. "We stand by this policy. If it's essential to a business owner to show this kind of imagery in their commercials, there are other advertising options in the marketplace."

Meanwhile hundreds of people are gathering in state capitals nationwide to rally against Comrade Obama's sweeping package of gun-control proposals.

Approximately 600 people turned out Saturday for speeches in Austin, Texas. Many were seen carrying signs with message such as "An Armed Society is a Policy Society," and "The Second Amendment Comes from God."

Time Warner Corruption

Like most corporations, Time Warner allies themselves with politicians and pours millions into their campaigns.  That corporate "loyalty" is repaid by government with favorable contracts, tax breaks and jobs for government hacks.

George Washington

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined.... The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun."
Patrick Henry

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
