NEWS AND VIEWS THAT IMPACT LIMITED CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT

Republicans are running a $1 Trillion deficit

The Republican Speaker of the Deficit.
Propaganda from both political parties tells you that no one is really responsible for spending and debt.  It is always the other guy, not us.  That is all a lie.  All spending starts in the House of Representatives.  So the deficit belongs totally to the Republican Party that controls the House.

Another $4.7 Trillion will be added to the national debt by 2017.

Article 1; Section 7 -   Constitution of the United States
"All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives."

By Gary;

The Congressional Budget Office issued a report projecting another $1.079 trillion deficit for this fiscal year ending Sept. 30th.  Deficits will hover just under $1 trillion through 2017, adding another $4.7 trillion altogether to the mounting federal debt.

“The federal budget remains out of balance throughout the decade,” the report reads. “The resulting accumulation of debt, along with rising interest rates, drives up the cost of financing that debt; in CBO’s projections, net interest costs grow significantly from 1.4 percent of GDP this year to 2.5 percent in 2022.”

To put this in some perspective, by 2017, annual interest payments on the debt would begin to rival and soon exceed what Washington will be spending on Medicaid, the state-federal healthcare program for the poor and disabled reports Politico.

The Bullshit Song and Dance

As the U.S. spends its way into a Greek bankruptcy, the politicians are doing their eternal Bullshit song and dance for the non-thinking, mouth-breathing voters.  The line of BS is no one is really responsible.  Each of the many political factions blames the other.

The Republicans are blaming Comrade Obama.  It is all a lie.

As much as I would like to blame Obama, the Constitution of the United States clearly says that all spending must start in the House of Representatives.  TRANSLATION  -  Not one dime can be spent by the Federal government without approval from the House.  Period.

Republicans have the power to declare a spending freeze if they want.  But Republicans will not exercise even that most minimal and tiny bit of fiscal sanity.  The spending and the debt goes on and on with the approval of the House GOP.   Republicans are frightened to death to do jack about shit.

As we slide into bankruptcy and decline the Republicans can look in the mirror for the reason.
